Sustainability
We advocate responsible design by implementing ideas, methods, and technology for the wellness of people, their habitats and our planet, designing solutions that provide for the present and build the future.
Sustainable Design
PRAXIS3 has long advocated for sustainable design. We believe in promoting smart design for healthy buildings, healthy lives, reduced energy consumption, and a greener world for future generations. We also believe that if done right, sustainable design makes good business sense.
Our goal with every building is to balance day-one capital expenditures with long-term operating expenses. These ideas apply to every project we design – whether seeking LEED Certification or not. We have designed many LEED-certified buildings and dozens more utilizing the principles of LEED design. Most recently, our design for Porsche South Orlando achieved LEED Silver.
PRAXIS3 is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council. We have many LEED Accredited Professionals on staff. In addition, we collaborate with some of the best engineering consultants in the country to support our work.
