Madison Reynoldstown

PRAXIS3 and Rea Ventures Development were selected by the Atlanta Beltline to develop an affordable mixed use development located in the Reynoldstown neighborhood of Atlanta. The 1.8 acre site includes Beltline frontage and an existing loft condominium building which will remain. The project will include 116 affordable housing units addressing one of the most critical issues facing the City today. The site will also include approximately 1,000 sf of retail at Memorial Drive and space for working artists directly along the Beltline. The building will wrap the site around the existing condominium maintaining light and views for current residents. PRAXIS3 worked closely with the Beltline Association and other City of Atlanta partners throughout the design and construction of Madison Reynoldstown.
