Village at Legacy
Village at Legacy is a two-phase LIHTC project in Decatur, Georgia, which will provide 132 affordable units to the community. Master planned out of neighborhood input sessions, the community consists of a variety of differently scaled buildings, to create a neighborhood feel. Garden-style and townhouse-style buildings are centered around a Clubhouse, Barbecue Pavilion, and community green space with gardens. The building will have one, two and three-bedroom units.
