Porsche South Orlando

Architecture

This dealership and service center is Porsche’s largest in the world and has achieved LEED Silver Certification.  Site constraints required a five-level, post-tensioned concrete parking configuration, which provided an opportunity for increased visibility from the adjacent I-4 corridor.  The multi-story showroom accommodates more than 60 display vehicles and features a twelve-foot tall frameless glass façade, a one-hundred-foot linear skylight, and two escalators.  The upper floor of the showroom provides views down into the service shop and multiple levels of vehicle inventory.  Also included in the floor plan, is a signature event space includes two massive operable glass walls that open to create a completely open indoor/outdoor space for entertainment and social functions.
