Villages of East Lake

PRAXIS3 was chosen by Columbia Residential to design the comprehensive renovation of the Villages of East Lake. The successful replacement for the notorious East Lake Meadows Housing Project, the 500+ unit complex contains subsidized and affordable family housing on the city of Atlanta’s Eastside. Sitting in the shadow of the East Lake Country Club, home of the annual PGA championship and the Drew Charter Schools a collection of the most successful schools in the City of Atlanta system, the units are currently undergoing a complete modernization and renovation. Work includes window, roof and siding replacement and a complete refurbishing of all unit interiors and systems.
