As part of the second phase of the new Coweta Campus in Newnan, the WGTC Classroom Building was funded by the Georgia State Finance and Investment Commission. This building is a two-story, 36,000 sf structure and is comprised of administrative offices, faculty offices, flexible classrooms, teaching laboratories, and an Adult Education Center. The project was designed around LEED Silver Standards but will not seek USGBC Certification by owner preference. This project was designed by PRAXIS3 and associate architect Stanley Beaman & Sears.
