As part of the initial phase of the new WGTC Coweta Campus in Newnan, this building was funded by the West Central Technical College Foundation. Designed by PRAXIS3 and associate architect Stanley Beaman & Sears, the Allied Health Services Building is a two-story, 47,000 GSF structure, comprised of administrative offices, faculty offices, a large lecture hall, various classrooms, and teaching laboratories for a curriculum that is primarily oriented towards healthcare and health sciences. It also contains the Campus Administration and faculty Offices, a Community Conference Center, Student Center, Library and Bookstore for the new campus. The project was designed to achieve LEED Silver Certification.
