The George

The mixed-use project features 132 studio, one and two-bedroom apartments in a six story structure with an additional 9,000 sf of retail and restaurant space located at street level. Occupying a prominent corner in the Grant Park neighborhood of Atlanta, the building is among the largest to be developed in the Memorial Drive corridor to date. PRAXIS3 has worked closely with Urban Realty Partners from the project’s conceptual inception, developing optimal responses to the project site, program, and pro forma. Working closely with owners to understand project goals is key to PRAXIS3’s design process and paramount to producing excellent buildings that meet all of the owner’s objectives, aesthetic and financial. The building won a Georgia Chapter of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) Award for Design in 2018.
