Sutherlin Nissan Cherokee County

Architecture

Sutherlin Nissan Cherokee County is a ground-up automotive sales and service facility designed under Nissan’s latest global retail image program, NREDI 2.0. Sutherlin Nissan’s spacious, two-story showroom of almost 4,000 SF features a grand terrazzo stair, with overlooking views of the future vehicle display and the bold, red “Nissan Drive”. The service portion of the dealership houses a carwash and shop that includes 17 service bays, 5 detail bays, 2 commercial vehicle bays, which customers can view while relaxing in the café and lounge area. In order to comply with the City of Holly Springs’ traditional neighborhood architectural guidelines, PRAXIS3 designed a fresh take on the “village” look that unifies the local character with the exciting retail experience of Nissan.
