This project is a new two story 40,980 SF motor vehicle showroom and service center facility and 1,248 SF car wash. The showroom portion of the facility will be constructed mainly from conventional steel and metal studs. The first floor will feature a vehicle display area, customer lounge, restrooms, offices, service advisor stations, and a new vehicle delivery area. The service shop and service reception portion of the facility will be constructed mainly from insulated precast concrete panels and concrete block. The service shop will feature 23 standard service bays, 1 alignment bays, 2 dry detail bay and 2 wet detail bays, tech restrooms and breakroom, parts receiving, and two floors of parts storage. The car wash will mainly be constructed from concrete block. Exterior improvements include a new parking lot, dumpster enclosure, new sidewalks, landscaping and site lighting.
