Sonesta Lombard
PRAXIS3, along with Interiors partner Sims Patrick Studio, designed the renovation of an existing property that includes 144 units in 18 guest buildings and a Gatehouse building for check in and dining services. This property was formerly a Residence Inn, and the project scope focused on the renovation to a Sonesta Extended Stay Hotel. The project scope also included ADA compliance upgrades and a renovation of the public space.
