Porsche Melbourne

Porsche of Melbourne is a renovation of a 4,000 SF showroom facility into a 20,000 SF full-service dealership with 10 service bays. PRAXIS3 worked successfully with both the client and Porsche Cars North America (PCNA) to adapt and expand the existing building, which was located on a tight site with two other buildings and various utility constraints, and to provide the required elements of a Gen 4 building. This facility will feature PCNA’s new Digitalization program with four customer media locations throughout the store. The store was completed in January of 2017 by Certified General Contractors in Melbourne, FL.
