Nalley Nissan of Cumming

Architecture

PRAXIS3 designed Nalley Nissan of Cumming as one of the first dealerships under Nissan’s latest retail image program, NREDI 2.0. This brand new facility features an expansive showroom of over 4,000 SF which includes the Nissan-branded feature vehicle display piece and the “cloud” ceiling defining the customer lounge area. From a large viewing window in the quiet lounge, customers can view the service shop which houses 20 service bays and 6 detail bays including facilities for commercial vehicles. The project included several upgrades to the NREDI 2.0 prototype such as a café that enables customers to have a comfortable and flexible retail experience. This dealership is one of the first to use stucco as a cladding material under NREDI 2.0, as PRAXIS3 worked closely with the City of Cumming to comply with their architectural guidelines as well as produce a modern building that highlights the full potential of the Nissan brand.
