Built in 2016, this Dealership successfully addressed Clermont’s Design Overlay requirements, while still providing a prototypical Hyundai design, as well as award-winning features, such as an open Parts counter for customers to view the inventory. The dealership contains a large Showroom, Service Drive, Shop, Detail bays, and freestanding car wash. The shop features clerestory windows that provide daylight to the technicians, with decorative sunshades to control glare. In 2023, a freestanding 23,000 sf Shop building was built to provide an additional 26 work bays, 2 alignment racks, and EV service capacity.
