Cobb County Parking Deck

As part of a Design/Build team with Choate Construction Company and Walker Parking Consultants, PRAXIS3 was the architect for Cobb County’s $8 million, 5-level, 550-space parking deck near the Historic Marietta Square in Marietta, Georgia. The parking deck is a precast concrete structure finished with brick and precast detailing which complements the historic architecture of the Marietta Square. The County Board of Commissioner’s stated goal was for the parking deck to resemble an office building. This was achieved through the use of articulated fenestration and expressed stair towers.
