The exterior improvements include a new parking lot, dumpster enclosure, new sidewalks and landscaping and site lighting. The showroom features a reception and info center, customer waiting area, staff offices and service drive. The service center features 12 service bays, 3 detail bays, staff amenities, parts storage and file storage. There is a 1 hr rated stair exit enclosure allowing occupants to exit directly outside from the second floor.
