WGTC Industrial Building

PRAXIS3 is overseeing a new build at West Georgia Technical College’s Murphy Campus in Waco, Georgia, as part of the TCSG-392 project. This single project comprises three components: the construction of a new industrial building located north of the existing campus building and east of the current North Parking Lot, the creation of a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) training range, and the addition of a new parking area for commuter students. The new facility will feature program areas for a Welding Lab, a CDL Lab, and an Electrical Lineman Lab, as well as a lobby, break area, community space, and workroom.
